The 2015-16 season of Oklahoma basketball was chock full of shining moments and lasting memories. We’ve narrowed it down for you to a select six.

The term “team” was a description that fit this band of brothers better than any Sooner squad in recent memory. Four of the Oklahoma starting five were on the floor to start 106 consecutive games. That is every game over a three year period.

Buddy Hield, Isaiah Cousins, Ryan Spangler and then freshman Jordan Woodard started the first game in head coach Lon Kruger’s third season at Oklahoma in 2013 and the same four played started every game this past season, including the Sooners’ Final Four national semifinal loss to Villanova this season.

That is an accomplishment that you just don’t see in this era of shortened college careers by early departures and the high risk of nagging and sometimes lengthy injuries that interrupt playing time. That is a big reason, however, for Oklahoma improving its season record every season that Kruger has been the Sooners’ head coach.

Those consecutive starts represent a shining moment that spanned not one, but three full seasons. Here are six monster moments from the successful Sooner season just ended:
