As first reported by The Football Braniacs, the Oklahoma Sooners have reportedly picked up on their first wide receiver commitment of its 2015 class. Per TFB, three-star WR/ATH John Humphrey has given his pledge to OU.
BREAKING: John Humphrey just committed to Oklahoma!

Oklahoma’s 2014 receiving corps does not have the luxury of experience, but Humphrey will add to a group that’s sure to adjust with Jay Norvell still in Norman.
John Humphrey visited Norman Saturday, and while he had interest in Notre Dame and Ole Miss, Humphrey decided to pick the Sooners going in to his final high school season.
At 5’10”, 165 pounds, Humphrey won’t be a big downfield threat, though, Oklahoma has made good use of smaller receivers.
Running a 4.50 40-yard dash, John Humphrey’s speed will hopefully translate to the college level, especially with a fast-paced offense like Oklahoma.
A product of Clear Falls High School in League City, Texas, John Humphrey is listed as a three star by Rivals and 247 Sports.
Oklahoma should be happy after a day of signing autographs and talking with media to cash in on a Humphrey’s visit to close the deal.
