Damien Williams is not playing in the Oklahoma Sooners vs. Tulsa Hurricane game, but no one is really sure what happened. Last week, Williams almost hit 100 yards against West Virginia on the ground, but it was Brennan Clay who shined as the star. However, word is that his benching has to do with some off field issues.

Williams, a senior for the Sooners, ran for 946 yards last year and was expected to be the star running back on this year’s team, but off field issues might hurt since freshman Keith Ford and holdover Roy Finch both look good so far against Tulsa in place of Williams.
