In some great news, the Oklahoma Sooners Spring game will be televised this year. Not only that, but it will be on free TV with Fox Sports Southwest and Fox College Sports televising it.
Nothing beats heading out to the game to watch the stars of next season’s Oklahoma Sooners football team attempting to prove they deserve to play. However, not everyone can make it to Norman to watch the game and now fans can get the chance to see it on their own TV.
Not only that, but there will be four full hours of coverage of the Oklahoma Sooners spring game on television. Jessica Cody will host the event with former assistant coach Chuck Long and former Sooners’ stars J.D. Runnels and Tony Casillas there as well.
Kickoff for the Red-White game is scheduled tot 2 p.m. CST and the post-game reaction will air until 4 p.m. Pre-game coverage will begin at 1 p.m. on the Sooner Sports Radio Network with Toby Rowland and Merv Johnson calling the action while Dusty Dvoracek and Teddy Lehman will provide additional analysis.
For those fans who do make it to the Oklahoma Sooners spring game, there will be a 45-minute autograph session following the game. Only fans in attendance at the game can take part in this event. Tickets can be purchased at soonersports.com.
